Earl D. Osborn

Ed joined with Bob Bingham in 1985 to form Bingham & Osborn after leaving the law firm of Johnston & Klein, where he was a partner specializing in valuation litigation and business transactions. Prior to his retirement in 2013, Ed provided investment advice, portfolio design, and financial planning to clients and was a key member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Ed currently lives in Berkeley.
